姫田 樹

早稲田大学卒業後、アクセンチュアに入社し、AIグループにてビッグデータ分析やBIダッシュボード開発に従事。その後、デジタルマーケティング専業のブティックファームに参画し、プロジェクトリーダーとして、マーケティングからセールスプロセスのDX戦略策定・実行支援、PMO業務等に従事。
2023年に株式会社ウィルコンダクターを創業し、マーケティングDX戦略策定、BI/MA導入に係る構想策定～保守運用、PMO、AI活用による業務改革案件を多数手掛ける。
2026年から株式会社ファーストデジタルにジョイン。

After graduating from Waseda University, he began his career at Accenture, where he worked in the AI Group, focusing on big data analytics and the development of business intelligence (BI) dashboards. He subsequently joined a boutique consulting firm specializing in digital marketing, where, as a Project Leader, he led the formulation and execution of DX strategies across marketing and sales functions, as well as PMO engagements.
In 2023, he founded Will Conductor Inc., where he has led numerous projects spanning marketing DX strategy development, the planning, implementation, and ongoing operation of BI and marketing automation (MA) solutions, PMO services, and AI-enabled business transformation initiatives. He joined FirstDigital Inc. in 2026 and currently serves as Representative Director of Will Conductor Inc.
