ファーストリテイリングにて店舗営業、事業構造改革、採用、教育に従事。店舗営業では新店舗の立ち上げから大型店舗の総店長として事業計画、業績改善、100名規模の人材マネジメントの経験を積み、2022年から株式会社ファーストデジタルにジョイン。
He worked on in-store sales, business restructuring, recruiting, and training at Fast Retailing. As for in-store sales, he gained experience in business planning, performance improvement, and 100-person human resource management as the general manager of a large store from the launch of a new store. He joined FirstDigital in 2022.
